Kristen Stewart Interviews: You won't get to know her through interviews: Want to crack the Kristen Stewart mystery? Don't bother reading her interviews. The actress maintains it's no way to find out who she is. "I'm 19, and, being a public figure, I'm supposed to present myself in a certain way, but it's hard and you're never going to be able to tell people who you are through the media," she tells the Daily Telegraph.

"It’s much easier for a guy to say what he wants and not to be cute and funny all the time, but, if you’re a strong sort of woman, you’re just, for lack of a better word, a bitch."Though she's previously been accused of such, Stewart isn't short on gratitude for the fame-making years she's spent as the star of "The Twilight Saga."

"I've been really lucky for a long time, and 'I’ve worked with amazing people, and I just hope that that continues. I don't know what I'd do if I didn’t have this," she said. While Stewart preps for the beatnik big-screen adaptation of "On the Road," she's hasn't tired of vampire-loving teen icon Bella Swan. "It’s nice to switch to movies ... between 'Twilights,' but I’m excited to go and do the next couple of years of Bella’s life.

Q:While you were in Sydney, you and Taylor Lautner spent 45 minutes on the black carpet at Luna Park signing autographs. Do you usually go to such lengths for fans?

A:It totally varies. (In Sydney), everybody was really nice and it didn't get too crazy. When there's not a threat -- I know that sounds really crazy and dramatic, but sometimes when there are so many people it can get dangerous or whatever -- but in this case, everybody was being so cool, there was no reason to leave.

Kristen Stewart took a break from mooning over vampire pin-up Robert Pattinson to star in The Runaways, a biopic of a ‘70s girl band in L.A.At the film’s New York premiere Stewart looked more glam than grunge in Emilio Pucci before disappearing with co-star Dakota Fanning (who wore Elie Saab) into jeans and T-shirt attire at the after party, sponsored by Tommy Hilfiger at the Bowery Hotel.

Joan Jett, who Stewart plays in the film and Cherie Currie (played by Fanning) also appeared on the red carpet, giving style icon Chloe Sevigny a run for the paparazzi’s money.Making a surprise appearance was former Dior muse Riley Keough. In the film Elvis’s granddaughter avoids future typecasting by not playing a musician.

I spent most of this weekend obsessing about Kristen Stewart. Not because I am one of those strange adults who is crazy about the Twilight series (thanks but no thanks, I prefer vampires of the non-sparkling variety) but because I am absolutely chomping at the bit to see.

The Runaways where Kristen will be doing her best Joan Jett impersonation – and Dakota Fanning. Anyway, I found the following video of Kristen chatting to press about The Runaways at Sundance and, well, basically my head exploded with joy. I can’t stop watching it.

Not counting today, there are only nineteen days (unless you're planning to attend a midnight screening of the film) until Summit Entertainment's second installment in the popular vampire saga titled "Twilight: New Moon" hits theaters. The cast, particularly Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, have been making appearances on various talk shows in order to promote the movie and will continue to do so up to the day the film arrives in theaters.
