Twilight beauty Kristen Stewart is more than just a girl who loves vampires.  With several assorted projects already under her belt her latest role as Joan Jett is sure to hit big with fans as Stewart once again shows off her diverse acting skills.

When 19 year old Kristen Stewart signed on to play legendary female rocker Joan Jett in the biopic 'The Runaways' she knew she had big shoes to fill.'The Runaways' centers on Joan Jett and her band mate Cherie Currie, played by Kristen's 'New Moon' and 'Eclipse' co star Dakota Fanning. The movie follows the band from it's rise in the 1970's and through their struggles until they break up. This movie is eagerly anticipated by many fans. Joan Jett, who attended Stewart's 'New Moon' premiere has said herself said that Kristen has done a marvelous job and that she's very happy with her performance. 'The Runaways' hits theaters in Spring of 2010.
